We respect the rights of creators and expect people who use MyStream to do the same.

MyStream does not host video content. The app and this website don't store or distribute movies, shows or anime. Videos in the app come from third-party add-ons and services that each user chooses to install. We can't remove content from those services; to have content taken down, contact the operator of the service or add-on that provides it.

Reporting material on mystream.lol

If you believe material on mystream.lol or download.mystream.lol infringes your copyright, send a notice to legal@mystream.lol with:

your physical or electronic signature;
identification of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed;
the exact address (URL) of the material on our site;
your name, postal address, phone number and email address;
a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and
a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

We remove or disable access to material that is the subject of a valid notice and, where appropriate, tell the person who provided it.

Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with your signature, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your name, address and phone number with consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.

Repeat infringement

Where we provide any feature that lets people share material through our site, we will end access for people who repeatedly infringe.

Trademarks

Names and logos of other companies and services are used only to describe compatibility and belong to their owners. MyStream is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Trademark questions: legal@mystream.lol.
